There are more than 300 employees on staff here, the majority of who work part-time.The diverse offerings of the Y draw from a varied pool of talent and expertise. Part-timers range from moms with small children to empty-nesters, moonlighting teachers to corporate climbers. While they all bring something very different to their role in the Y – they all leave with something in common – satisfaction from serving others.
