Sign-ups begin Wednesday, September 19
Challenge begins Monday, October 8 and ends Sunday, November 4
Two Levels: Beginner and Advanced
Each day you’ll do a specified number of planks, squats, and push ups, modified to whatever makes
you most comfortable. The number you do each day will increase as the challenge continues. Not to
worry – there are days of rest as well. We’re in this together!

Why do it? Other than a better body?
You’ll be sporting an awesome t-shirt,
but you have to earn it!
