Change your mindset – change your life! Make a resolution that’s not about your weight, but about your mind, body, and spirit. Bring out your best self as you take a journey to self discovery. Each Tuesday evening in January become inspired, enlightened, educated, and informed with a dynamic group of speakers. Please register separately for each Tuesday night class. These are FREE community programs open to all – bring a friend or family member.
