Free Blood Pressure Screening

Available to all adults on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month from 5:30-7:00 p.m. and the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month from 9:30-11:00 a.m. No Wednesday Screenings during the summer. Wednesday screenings resume in September. Non-members welcome.

Innovations in Weight Loss

What have you heard about surgical weight loss? Many have tried dieting and exercise and still struggle with obesity and the health problems associated with the disease. Many suffer from health conditions such as diabetes, joint pain, high blood pressure, and even infertility. Dr. Aram Jawed, bariatric surgeon, will discuss why losing weight can be a challenge, the various surgical options, and the truths behind the surgery and the lifestyle after surgery. Food for Healing

  • I’d like help knowing how to eat better for my health
  • I’d rather heal with nutrition than take medications
