Challenge begins Monday, October 8 and ends Sunday, November 4

Fitness Component
Two Levels: Beginner and Advanced
Each day you’ll do a specified number of planks, squats, and push ups, modified to whatever makes
you most comfortable. The number you do each day will increase as the challenge continues. Not to
worry – there are days of rest as well. We’re in this together!
Eye on the Prize
Why do it? Other than a better body?
You’ll be sporting an awesome t-shirt,
but you have to earn it!

Free Blood Pressure Screening
Oct 17 @ 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

Available to all adults on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month from 5:30-7:00 p.m. and the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month from 9:30-11:00 a.m. No Wednesday Screenings during the summer. Wednesday screenings resume in September. Non-members welcome.
