Coping Mechanisms are the strategies people often use in the face of stress and/or trauma to help manage difficult and/or painful emotions. Coping mechanisms can help people adjust to stressful events while maintaining their emotional well-being. You will leave this class feeling better educated and enlightened with adaptable strategies to help you manage your stress. The program is free and all are welcome, but registration required.
