Help Create Wigs for Pediatric Patients

There is no better feeling than helping someone suffering from the effects of cancer – especially when it comes to kids. Help make wigs for pediatric patients, whether you know how to knit, crochet, or simply want to help. Program is two consecutive Tuesdays. Open to the community. Please pre-register.

This series will introduce you to the basics of Hatha yoga. This type of yoga includes the practice of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body. Join Stacy as she introduces the basic poses and alignment of yoga. If you’ve never stepped on a yoga mat before, this series is for you. Fee includes all four sessions.
