Schreck, MD discusses what happens in the ER that can potentially save your life. Learn the symptoms of a heart attack and what you or someone you know should do in an emergency of the heart.

Jazz is a uniquely American and expressive form of dance. Program starts with stretching, isolations, and strengthening exercises. Additionally, students will move across the floor to work on turns leaps, jumps, and runs, before ending with a fast-paced combination to fun, upbeat music. Class is free and open to non-members but pre-registration is a must.
