There's always something going on at the Lakeland Hills Family YMCA, whether you're a child, family, teen, adult or older adult, we have plenty of fun activities for you! And, many are open to non-members!

November Sensational Saturday Youth Night
Nov 2 @ 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Make friends from other towns while staying active and having fun in a safe and supervised environment. You may register one guest at $10 per event. Register early, spots fill fast! Parents, registration is a MUST.

  • Pool: Recreational Swim until 8:00pm
  • Gym: Ultimate Goldrush
  • Scribner: Inflatable GaGa
  • Kids Zone: Sports Wreaths/Arcade Games

Peripheral Neuropathy
Nov 5 @ 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Your peripheral nervous system controls your brain and spinal cord in relation to the rest of your body. Neuropathy occurs when one or multiple nerves are damaged. Discover the role physical therapy plays in helping you feel better.

Free Blood Pressure Screening
Nov 6 @ 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

Available to all adults on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month from 5:30-7:00 p.m. and the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month from 9:30-11:00 a.m. No Wednesday Screenings during the summer. Wednesday screenings resume in September. Non-members welcome.

New technology got you baffled? Learn all the tricks from the experts – our teen Leaders! They’ll teach you everything you’ll want to know from text messaging and opening a Facebook account (so you can share photos with your grandkids) to tweeting with celebrities! Bring your cell phone, iPod or another piece of portable technology with you. The class is free and open to the community but you must pre-register. Non-members welcome.
