  • Healthy food items you can find around the store to try at your next meal or snack
  • Healthy natural skin care swaps
  • Enjoy free samples and take-home recipes

They contain a large percentage of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and anitoxidants. Learn about these foods and why you should think about incorporating them into your diet for optimal health and energy. Presenter Barbara Galvin is the in-store dietitian at ShopRite of Parsippany and ShopRite of West Caldwell.
