There's always something going on at the Lakeland Hills Family YMCA, whether you're a child, family, teen, adult or older adult, we have plenty of fun activities for you! And, many are open to non-members!

Join us for Member Appreciation Day. Have some juice or coffee and grab a bagel and some fruit as the Y staff and board members greet you with a smile.

6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in the Lobby

5:00 p.m. – closing in the Health & Fitness Center downstairs.

Community Food Bank Trip
Feb 15 @ 10:30 am – 12:30 pm

We’re taking a bus trip to help package food that’s going to help others. The Community Food Bank of NJ is located in Hillside, NJ. Bus leaves the Y promptly at 10:30 am and leaves the Food Bank for the return home about 1:45 pm. This is the perfect opportunity for families to come together and share quality time helping others, or for those volunteering as part of community service.

4-Part Yoga Series

This series will introduce you to the basics of Hatha yoga. This type of yoga includes the practice of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body. Join Stacy as she introduces the basic poses and alignment of yoga. If you’ve never stepped on a yoga mat before, this series is for you. Fee includes all four sessions.
