It was a great turn-out on February 16 when more than 40 LHY and community members turned out to sort over 1,000 food products to ready them for boxes to go to needy families all over New Jersey. On this day, more than 150 families benefited thanks to the caring volunteer efforts of these folks! This is all part of TOGETHERHOOD, the Y’s volunteer program that brings the community together to “give back” and help make it a better place. According to Y Community Service Director, Randy Smith, “Anytime we can get members, non-members, older adults and our teens to participate and do work for others, it’s a great thing!”

Attend this program and learn about the symptoms of atrial fibrillation, associated risks, living with AFiB, and disease management. Our speaker is Ronald Massari, MD, Phd, FACC, who is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He is fellowship-trained in Cardiology and currently practices at Cardiology Consultants of North Morris.
