These staff members will evaluate and identify campers with behavior issues. They must also develop interventions, behavior assessments and behavior plan for campers with challenging behaviors. In addition, they will establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining an environment conducive to camp. Develop a follow-up system with staff and campers. The behavior specialists will work from 9 am – 3 pm M-F. Experience with children with special needs preferred.
