Hi, my name is Patti Eckert and I’m the gal behind “paint-n-pallet” in Montville, the DIY custom wood sign workshop. This year in honor of my mother’s birthday on November 15, we are hosting a special event for a cause that is near and dear to my family. When you sign up for this workshop a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Lakeland Hills Family YMCA’s financial aid program known as Give a Kid the Y. This program provides funds for local kids and families in need with financial assistance for Y participation but primarily for childcare and camp – essential for some low-income parents. Please join us for this special evening – you’ll be sure to have fun, and you’ll feel good knowing you’ve helped someone.
Choose from 24 different pallets for your project, fees will vary. For more info, contact Patti.

Learn how to openly discuss drug and alcohol abuse with your children, your parents, your family. You will be shocked to discover how prescription drug use can escalate from a few pain pills to addiction. Find out what’s new in our fight against the opiod crisis, explore other options for acute or chronic pain, and what you can do for someone who truly needs help. Morris County’s Hope One mobile van will be onsite for information and education. Program is free and open to all.
