GIRLS ON THE RUN
Girls on the Run is an engaging after-school program for girls in grades 3–5 that combines movement with lessons designed to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create a sense of belonging. Throughout the season, participants celebrate their achievements, develop valuable social-emotional skills, and work together toward completing a celebratory 5K.
Program Details:
- Season Begins: Week of September 20
- Program Days: Mondays and Thursdays
- Time: 4:30–5:45 p.m.
- 5K Celebration: November 15

Join our STEM Tinkercad Design class for fun creations and endless possibilities! Kids will design various objects while learning about design, measurement, and placement.
App Creation & Design STEM (Ages 7-12)
New App Creation and Design Class! Kids will work to build their own app and learn what goes into creating fun to play apps!

WATERFRONT LIFEGUARDING CERT AND RE-CERTIFICATION
CERTIFICATION 15+ Years Old
The American Red Cross course certifies individuals in waterfront lifeguarding, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid, and AED. Participants must be at least 15 years of age by the last day of class.
RECERTIFICATION
This American Red Cross course will RECERTIFY individuals in waterfront lifeguarding, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid, and AED. Participants must have current Waterfront or Lifeguarding certification and attend both days to get recertified. Contact Aquatics at aquatics@lhymca.com for upcoming dates.

AMERICAN RED CROSS BABYSITTING CERTIFICATION
Ages 11 – 15
This one-day class you will achieve your certification and learn how to be a responsible babysitter.
SKILLS YOU WILL LEARN:
- What to do in an emergency
- How to entertain children of all ages
- Feeding and Diapering
- Handle Choking Emergencies

$275 members/$350 non-members (maximum of 12 for Esports Party)
$15 per additional guest (maximum of 25 total guests) for members
$20 per additional guest (maximum of 25 total guests) for non-members
Parents can arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to set up and/or decorate
