With over 65 weekly classes offering everything from Yoga to HIT, our group exercise classes offer a great workout in a class setting, and these are all included in your membership. Adult Coed Volleyball

Drop in the gym for some friendly competition in a fun and casual atmosphere. All members 15 and older are welcome to participate in this popular coed sport. Games are played with six players to a side with extras rotating in. So, everyone plays every game! Drop in any time.

Adult Pickleball

Pickleball is a fun paddle game that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis while volleying back and forth to score points. There’s a reason so many players get hooked on this sport – it’s easy to start, but hard to stop. It’s free, so just drop in and play. We have pickleball paddles and balls. No registration needed.

Pick-up game style competition is a great way to improve your shot and get a cardio workout. Morning, afternoon and evening hours make it easy to get in a game no matter what your work schedule.

Adult Swimming

Our 25-yard, 6-lane pool provides a great venue to meet your exercise needs. Swimming is good for your heart and is low impact, no stress or strain on your joints. All abilities can benefit from water exercise, whatever age or fitness level because you are in control of your movements. We offer several programs to teach or improve your swimming and fitness skills in the water.

Adult Sport Leagues

Whether you miss “suiting up” or are new to team sports, the Y’s sports leagues provide a perfect opportunity to be active, social and to reconnect or start fresh with a sport you love. Basketball, volleyball, pickleball and dodgeball are just some of the options available to get you back on the court. Friendly competition and a supportive environment means team sports and recreation is fun again, and it makes for a healthier lifestyle and a good story or two.

A trainer can motivate you, teach you new techniques, and help you achieve your fitness goals. We have several options in personal training: one-on-one, with a group, TRX training and specialty small group training. There’s options for everyone including Fit Kids Personal Training for teens.

We offer a variety of opportunities for older adults to stay active, engage and connect with others. From physical activity to social events and new adventures, our Active Older Adults programs provide opportunities for ALL to make this chapter in life the BEST one yet! We offer unlimited group exercise and water fitness classes, as well as seven specific programs designed to help prevent chronic disease.
