Cycle Fusion

Class in a combination of cycle & weights. You will start a cardio workout on the bike with a continuation of intervals with weights, bands, and core. All fitness levels. Registration required.

Tread “N” Shred

Diversify your treadmill workout with this fun and intense cardio class! Explore different speeds, levels, and heights as you walk and sprint your way to a fitter, leaner you! All fitness levels. Registration required.
