Fit Kids Personal Training

Kids Fitness is an important part of getting healthy and staying healthy. Encouraging children to be active from a young age sets good habits early on and helps them develop the skills they need to stay active throughout their lives.

Lay the Foundation with Fit Kids – Ages 7-17

Kids build fitness at the Y! Build confidence in and out of the gym! Lay the foundation for a healthy lifestyle, train towards sport-specific goals, or just get up and get moving with fun and challenging workouts. Workouts are entirely customized depending on individual fitness level and goals. Get 1 on 1 attention or bring a friend or teammate and do it together. Kids get access to our fitness center with the guidance and encouragement of our experienced staff. Please contact Kim Kostrowski at kimk@lhymca.com.

Packages

Our new package ranges in commitment levels so you can pick what is best for you. Fit Kids is by appointment only, we can find a time in your schedule for after-school or weekend training sessions (homeschoolers are also welcome at flexible times). Times a week are just our suggestion for how to use your package, keeping a consistent routine with your trainer creates the most success!

  • 1 one-hours session $45
  • 8 one-hour sessions/once per week $320
  • 16 one-hour sessions/once per week $600
  • 24 one-hour sessions/three times a week $840
