Chief Program Officer

With over 30 years at our Y, Marianne has overseen almost every department. She is responsible for all Youth Development offerings, including the Early Childhood Learning Center, youth sports and enrichment, summer camp, special events, and afterschool programming. Marianne is passionate about sharing the values the Y is known for: Honesty, Respect, Caring, and Responsibility.

Devon was recently appointed Chief Operating Officer. She began her career at our Y as Vice President of Fund Development. Her professional background includes organizational management, administrative leadership, institutional development, and fundraising. Her background in the education management industry and event planning provides her with a unique perspective in both corporate and nonprofit philanthropy engagement.

Rosemary’s professional background includes both corporate and nonprofit experience. She is responsible for all facets of internal and external communications, including marketing, promotion, and public relations. Rosemary also manages membership, which includes member services and community engagement. She has been an executive at the Y for 15 years.

An extensive legal background has prepared Dave for the intricacies of human-resource management. He has been with the Y for 15 years, and is responsible for hiring, benefits, and salary management.
