Group Exercise Classes
With over 65 weekly classes offering everything from Yoga to HIT, our group exercise classes offer a great workout in a class setting, and these are all included in your membership. No doubt, you’ll find something that’s right for you. Check out our wide-variety of classes led by amazing instructors to find the ones that motivate you.

Active Older Adults
The Y offers a variety of opportunities for adults age 55 and better to stay active, engaged and connected with others. From physical activity to social events and new adventures, our Active Older Adults program provides opportunities for ALL to make this chapter in life the BEST one yet! If you’re not sure how to get started, just ask!

Personal Training
Get in shape, increase stamina, acquire agility, get strong, get faster, boost confidence … and that’s just the beginning! Adults and teens ages 12 and up! A trainer can motivate you, teach you new techniques, and help you achieve your fitness goals. We have several options in personal training: one-on-one, with a group, TRX training and specialty small group training. There’s options for everyone including Fit Kids Personal Training for ages 7-17.

I-SNAP (Individual Special Needs Aquatics Program)
The 30-minute weekly pool program provides each child (ages 3 and potty trained, through 18 years) the support and tools needed to develop and increase basic aquatic skills in a safe environment.
