At The Y There’s Something For Everyone!

Lakeland Hills Family YMCA offers programs and activities for all ages, abilities and stages of life. Through our programming, we offer a place to build friendships, create positive experiences and participate in programs and activities that will help you reach fitness goals and enhance your well-being. Participating in group exercises and trying out new programs can be a fun and effective way to stay motivated and engaged in your fitness journey.

Our programs offer youth a path with programs from early childhood to pre-teen to teen and beyond. We provide families with a sense of community through youth sports, swimming, fitness programs, small group training and more, and older adults are given a sense of purpose and a way to keep active. We know that positive change only comes about when we invest in our kids, our health and our community.

We offer a variety of Group Exercise Classes for all ages and level of activity. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find exercise options that are fun, supportive and keep you moving. Most Group Exercise Classes are included in your membership.

Pool Schedule

No matter your age, swimming is an activity that you can continue for a lifetime. Swimming teaches confidence, endurance, determination, teamwork and much more. We are committed to your safety. All YMCA aquatics programs are conducted under the supervision of certified lifeguards and trained swim instructors.

The secret to sticking with a health and fitness program is finding activities you enjoy that keep you motivated, encouraged, moving and accountable. Whether you are looking for a place to improve your skills, spend time with family, or take part in a little healthy competition, our regulation size gymnasium provides opportunities for it all!

Child Watch

Lakeland Hills Family YMCA Child Watch lets mom and dad pursue their own health and well-being, knowing that the kids are safe, secure and having fun in a positive environment. Child Watch is available for youth ages 6 weeks – 6 years. For hours and more information, see our Child Watch Page.
