This class will focus on an introduction to mindfulness and flexibility while teaching children to connect with their breathing. Includes yoga instruction as well as yoga-themed games. This is a great way to introduce your child to the benefits of yoga. Non-members welcome!
Available to all adults on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month from 5:30-7:00 p.m. and the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month from 9:30-11:00 a.m. No Wednesday Screenings during the summer. Wednesday screenings resume in September.
