Our Community Integrated Health Programs are designed especially for you- offering small group fitness and wellness classes, and one on one programs, that meet you where you are, in a safe and uplifting environment.

A Healthier YOU Program (FREE WITH MEMBERSHIP)
Improve your health safely and effectively with the new Y program. The Y supports you in achieving a healthier lifestyle, with the attention, and guidance from our talented and credentialed staff and instructors. Our HEALTHIER YOU program is designed to be a personalized low-impact, building-block program.

Personal Training
Get in shape, increase stamina, acquire agility, get strong, get faster, boost confidence … and that’s just the beginning! Adults and teens ages 12 and up! A trainer can motivate you, teach you new techniques, and help you achieve your fitness goals. We have several options in personal training: one-on-one, with a group, TRX training and specialty small group training. There’s options for everyone including Fit Kids Personal Training for ages 7-17.

FitCore Reformer Classes and Small Group Training Classes
FitCore Reformer is an innovative fitness fusion program that combines the best of Pilates reformer-based exercises with body-weight exercise and stretches for a total mind/body workout experience.
Reformer packages:
- 1 – One Hour Session: $50
- 5 – One Hour Sessions $225
- 10 – One Hour Sessions: $400

I-SNAP (Individual Special Needs Aquatics Program)
The 30-minute weekly pool program provides each child (ages 3 and potty trained, through 18 years) the support and tools needed to develop and increase basic aquatic skills in a safe environment.
