The Y’s 55+ Adult programs accommodate a wide variety of interests and functional abilities. Participants at Lakeland Hills Family YMCA can take comfort in knowing they are in a supportive community which allows them to pursue their health, wellness and fitness goals and their need for social interaction. Our programs provide the opportunity for seniors to meet new friends and learn new skills, as well as offer support and a sense of community.
