Our new fitness class schedule begins September 8 with a new slate of over 3 dozen classes! All fitness classes except for those being held virtually will be located in the back parking lot of the Y, held outdoor under tents. Other than spin class, you should bring your own mat and dumbbells if possible. Don’t forget water and a towel as well.
Be sure your membership is active, a COVID-19 waiver has been signed, and a reservation has been made for your class of choice. Please note that not all classes are on our fall schedule. See PDF below for fitness class descriptions.
Adult lane swim sessions have been extended. Weekday swim sessions are every hour on the hour for 45 minutes in length, with the last session beginning at noon. Workout sessions in our Health & Fitness Center are 1.5 hours in length and held every other hour. Cleaning and sanitizing will be done for ½ hour after each session. Be sure to bring your own water, towel, and face covering.
Reservations for ALL classes, lane swim sessions and workout sessions may not be made more than 48 hours in advance. Facility hours are weekdays from 6:00AM – 8:00PM and weekends from 7:00AM – 4:00PM
