Group Exercise Classes

With over 65 weekly classes offering everything from Yoga to HIT, our group exercise classes offer a great workout in a class setting, and these are all included in your membership. We also offer Drop-in Small Group Fitness Classes for a fee that are geared towards a small group for more personalized attention. No doubt, you’ll find something that’s right for you. Cardio Fusion

Energize your workout with Cardio Fusion, a heart-pumping blend of cardio, athletic drills, and total-body conditioning. This high-energy class keeps you moving with nonstop variety, torching calories while building strength, agility, and endurance.

Kick, Punch and Crunch

Get sweaty and create a strong, lean core with our remixed Kickboxing class with an additional emphasis on core-based movements. Improve your balance, build muscular endurance, and tighten up those abs with a series of full body movements. Take that boost of endorphins and leave class with confidence and strength!

Cycling

Emphasis on proper cycling technique while you control the intensity of this world-class workout. All fitness levels welcome.

Tread “N” Shred

Diversify your treadmill workout with this fun and intense cardio class! Explore different speeds, levels, and heights as you walk and sprint your way to a fitter, leaner you! All fitness levels. Registration required.

Barbell Burn

Barbell Burn: A total body workout that burns calories, shapes, and tones without building bulky muscles. The encouragement, motivation, and great music in every Barbell Burn class will achieve the results you want and deserve! All fitness levels

Yin Yoga

A style of yoga that involves long holds in various seated and reclined poses to access deeper layers of fascia and to quiet the mind. There are three tenets of Yin Yoga: find your edge where you can feel the stretch but without straining; remain still; and allow yourself to stay here for time.

Small Group Power Classes in our new FitWorks studio

Power Lifting

This functional workout uses battle ropes, slam balls and weights for the glutes, back, and abs. All levels are welcome; class is limited to 6 participants.

Power Pilates

A dynamic Pilates format that fuses traditional core-strengthening principles with faster pacing and resistance tools for a full-body, athletic challenge.

Power Barre

An energizing fusion of ballet-inspired movement and strength training that combines small, precise pulses with powerful intervals to tone and sculpt every muscle.

StrikeFit

A self-defense–inspired strength and conditioning workout that blends boxing, kickboxing, and functional training to build power, agility, and confidence.

Power Yoga

A vigorous, fitness-driven yoga flow that builds heat, strength, and endurance through continuous, breath-linked movement and challenging poses.

Boxing HIIT

Cardio workout to help increase overall stamina. using a heavy bag this class incorporates intervals of punching and kicking drills.

Metabolic Training

A high-intensity circuit combining strength and cardio intervals designed to boost metabolism, torch calories, and improve overall athletic performance.

Fitcore Reformers *Additional Cost Depending on Package

FitCore Reformer is an innovative fitness fusion program that combines the best of Pilates reformer-based exercises with body-weight exercise and stretches for a total mind/body workout experience. Pick up your packages at the Welcome Center.

Prenatal Yoga

Join us for a prenatal yoga experience that supports expectant mothers by promoting flexibility, strength, relaxation, and connection to prepare for childbirth.

Led by a certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor.
