In coordination with the Director of Building & Grounds, the Assistant Director will support all maintenance needs of the YMCA. Responsibilities include dealing with all cleanliness issues, preventative maintenance on all equipment, management of vendors when necessary, and the purchasing of supplies. The Assistant Director directs and supervises maintenance staff in the absence of the Director. The primary function of the Assistant Director is to keep all maintenance operations working efficiently for the use of our members. Reports to the Director of Buildings & Grounds.
