In conjunction with the Mountain Lakes Recreation Department, join us for our “famous” summer yoga and beach boot camp classes. Beginning July 13, all classes (through August 28) take place IN THE YMCA UPPER PARKING LOT weather permitting and are free and open to the community. No registration, just drop in!

  • “Beach” Yoga:  Monday-Friday from 7:00 -8:00 a.m. Instructors, M-F: Ivette, Meryl, Stacy, Sue B,  and Lisa A/Donna.
  • “Beach” Body Blast:  Monday and Wednesday from 8:15-9:00 a.m. Instructor: Dana.
  • “Beach” Boot Camp: Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:15-9:00 a.m. Instructors: Sue P; Thursdays, Dawn. Saturdays, 8:00-8:45 a.m. Alternating Instructors: Dawn/Dana/Darlene.

PLEASE NOTE

  1. There is no access to the Y facility, and therefore no use of the outdoor bathrooms.
  2. Participants must sign a waiver to take a class.
  3. Social distancing protocols and guidelines will be in effect.
  4. Access may be restricted to a maximum number of participants.
  5. Please bring your own water, mat, and towel to class.
  6. You may bring a friend – good friends don’t let friends workout alone.
  7. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen!
