If you’re at risk for type 2 diabetes, you can make small, measurable changes that can reduce your risk and help you live a happier, healthier life.
This class targets diabetes prevention and runs in a classroom setting for 25 sessions spanning almost a full year. Led by a trained Lifestyle coach who facilitates a group to work together and support each other in making healthy lifestyle changes. The overall goal is to lose 7% body weight and increase physical activity by 150 minutes per week. The emphasis is on tracking and lower fat grams rather than calories. No membership is required.
