Moms & moms-to-be: feel stronger, more confident, and more comfortable in your body
Prenatal: This class is designed to provide pregnant mothers a safe and effective exercise class. The class starts with a gentle warm-up, incorporating some belly breathing, followed by exercises with a stability ball, bands and light weights (if applicable) for optimal functional movement to benefit you throughout your pregnancy.
Postnatal: Get Your Body Back! This class is specifically tailored to the needs of your postnatal body and will help you regain your prenatal body. With a combination of low impact cardio, strength, resistance training and core work, this personal trainer lead class will provide you a safe and effective way to get your body back. Nutritional advice and handouts also provided.

Postnatal: Get Your Body Back Fitness Class:
Wednesdays 10:00am-10:45am

Cost is $70 Members / $140 Non-Members
