Kickboxing Fierce Fight
A dynamic cardiovascular workout that utilizes boxing and martial arts style training techniques to improve strength, agility and endurance. This class is a definite cross-trainer to add to your workout. Class is adaptable to all levels.View Days/Times

Jump-start your cardio routine with a workout that invites without intimidating. Emphasis is on proper cycling technique while you control the intensity of this world class workout. Arrive 30 minutes before class to pick up your reservation ticket. Doors are opened by Spinning Coach 15 minutes before class so you can set up your bike for a proper fit and safe ride. Total Body Mashup
This class is a variety of total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio exercise. We will use resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and help you build strength.

Blending the breath and flexibility training of Yoga with the power and centering techniques of Pilates, Yogalaties offers a workout that stretches and tones the body while relaxing the mind.View Days/Times
This is the gentlest form of yoga. Chair Yoga is easier for those with less limber muscles. Ideal for people with high blood pressure, anxiety, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, vertigo, MS, carpel tunnel syndrome, chronic pain, and for anyone who finds it difficult to get up from or down to the floor. In conjunction with the Mountain Lakes Recreation Department, join us for our “famous” summer yoga and beach boot camp classes at Island Beach. Classes take place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, beginning the week of June 25, weather permitting and are free and open to the community. No registration, just drop in!
